Camden Town Beer Pop-Up
Camden Town Brewery will be visiting the estate on 14th June. There will be opportunity to take away some of their lovely beers to sample and games to play to win more beer!
As this is the month of football, we will be playing all the World Cup matches on the TV in reception. From Wednesday 20th June to Wednesday 11th July, we will also be hosting a weekly table football tournament in reception, so get ready to put forward your best players! Two members of staff from each company, preferably a mix of male and female, can take part in the competition and show off their table football skills. The two companies to successfully dribble their way through the quarter and semi finals will go on to take part in the grand final, with the winner being gifted a £100 tab at the Midnight Bell. Register your team with Lisa by 18th June.
There are more prizes to be won with our World Cup sweepstake! If you are a Mill or Round Foundry estate tenant, come and pick your team from Lisa at reception. One team per company.
Eyzon’s Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge
It was a day of ups and downs (literally) for Team Eyzon, who finished the 24.5 mile Three Peaks challenge in under 12 hours, a fantastic achievement by all involved!
If you sponsored them – thank you! Through the blisters and joint pain, it really did get them through.
The team raised a whopping 144% of their target and hopefully have helped to raise awareness for the Societi Foundation. If you still would still like to sponsor them please donate on the below link https://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/fundraiser-display/showROFundraiserPage?userUrl=Eyzonlimited&pageUrl=1
The Media Centre
The Round Foundry Media Centre hosted a Royal Wedding Bake off and raised £136.60 for Crisis, who were one of Harry and Meghan’s chosen charities. A royal well done to everyone involved.
John Horgan, account director at Relish in the Round Foundry Media Centre, has come up top trumps in our May recipe competition. John’s Portuguese fish stew recipe was chosen by Foundry chef Matt Healy as the winner, who will cook the delicious recipe for John and his guest.
